Itemized-Estimates
To request a Itemized Estimate, Field Scope, Supplement filed, Depreciation filed, Ladder Assist or Satellite Image (Click Here)
We understand the type of itemized estimates needed can vary, so we designed a tailor made platform for supplying itemized estimates for roofing companies, roofing sales rep's, insurance companies, claims processing companies, home owners and commercial property owners or property managers. You will need to be available for detail questions as needed. Base fee's will be collected before service is rendered . Final cost will be paid after the estimate is compiled and before it is returned . The fee is for the request, should it not be any fault of ours that a estimate can't be compiled the base fee still applies, should we not be able to full fill the request due to our fault the fee will be returned or applied to a future request. We will not be held liable for error or omissions or any damages caused by the estimate. It is your responsibility to inspect all estimates for error and omissions and to carry any and all errors and omission insurance. We aim to have estimates returned within 7 business days or less (this always depends on the complexity of the estimate). We would need a copy of the current insurance estimate, photo's, diagram or satellite roof image and all scope notes you would like to be considered when working up itemized estimates, supplements and depreciation.
Field Scope Only:
Field Scope Cost = 3% of the total estimate + the mileage fee (not to be less than $275.00 total).
Mileage Fee for travel to and from site location.
First 30 miles free from zip code 77396 and $1.00 per mile over the 30 miles (This is subject to change if fuel cost go up). Calculated both directions to and from the site location. Over 350 miles away one way add $150.00 per day needed for hotel and food and then add the pricing from above. Fee is applied per trip even if it is to the same property.
Field scope includes travel to the location, inspect the property for damage (If it is a insurance claim? Then we will inspect for all visible damages at that time that might be covered by the insurance company), (If it is not a insurance claim we will inspect for all visible damage at that time). A field scope report with a description of the damages and pictures will be delivered electronically to the person or company who paid for the field scope report. It will not be our responsibility to store or retrieve past field scope reports. We will only inspect and look at areas that are safe to do so. We leave it to the person doing the field scope to make that determination. Any property that can not be accessed with a 28' extension ladder, above 7/12 pitch or don't have there own safe access (Accessible roof hatch) will have additional cost to gain access.
All fees paid by credit card will have a 4% charge for the processing.
Itemized Estimate Only:
Itemized Estimate = 5% of the total estimate (not to be less than $100.00 for the itemized estimate).
You will need to supply the items needed: Roof Diagram or Satellite Imagery with measurement or have us purchase it, Notes as to what to estimate, Pictures if you have them and/or original insurance paperwork. Do you need us to order a satellite image? We order from a outside source and that is billed at cost + 10% and it will be apart of
Itemized Estimate Fee: 3% of the total estimate. This would apply to additions and/or insurance supplement itemized estimates. We will not double dip a fee, if we wrote the original estimate and should you need an addition, change or an insurance supplement? We will only charge for the additional increase in the estimate. If a deduction change is made no rebate will be applied but no fee will apply either. If we did not write the original estimate and an insurance supplement or change is needed then the fee would apply to the full amount of the estimate. We will file the insurance supplement and forward you the information and dates it was filed so you can follow up as needed. We use a standard estimating software and by no means state or imply we or anyone else will do the repairs for the estimated pricing. It is an estimate to assist in getting close to a price and/or what a insurance company might pay for a claim. It will not be our responsibility to store or retrieve past itemized estimates.

Insurance Supplement Only:
Insurance Supplement Filing Fee = (If we wrote the estimate fee is 5% of the supplement over the original amount, If we did not write the estimate then the fee is 10% of the total estimate), (not to be less than $100.00 for the Supplement filing.)
Supplement approvals are supplied from the insurance companies and/or adjusters. If we are given all the information to file the supplement with the insurance company we will, else we will send it back . It will not be our responsibility to store or retrieve past supplements filed.
All fees paid by credit card will have a 4% charge for the processing.
Field Scope & Itemized Estimate:
Field Scope & Itemized Estimate Fee = 8% of the total estimate + the mileage fee (not to be less than $200.00 for field scope and itemized estimate)
Field Scope Cost = 3% of the total estimate + the mileage fee (not to be less than $100.00 total). (See above for Field Scope information)

Itemized Estimate Fee = 5% of the total estimate (not to be less than $100.00 total). (See above for Itemized Estimate information)
All fees paid by credit card will have a 4% charge for the processing.
Filing of Insurance Depreciation:
Filing of Insurance Depreciation Fee = 2% of the total contract (not to be less than $50.00)
We can file the insurance depreciation upon completion of work for you as well. You will need to provide the latest approved insurance paperwork to include all the homeowners information, all the claim information and all the specific line items with a total, You will need to provide the contract signed by the homeowner and a signed affidavit stating exactly what work was completed. We will file it and forward you the information and dates it was filed so you can follow up as needed. It will not be our responsibility to store or retrieve past depreciation filed.

Ladder Assist:
Ladder Assist Fee = $275.00 + the mileage fee
Ladder Assist consist of the delivery, set up, take down and return of a 28 foot aluminum ladder for access only. Ladder will only be set up on flat stable ground and will be tied off to the nearest accessible point. We will not be held liable for accidents or injury related to the ladder, the stability of the ground, wind, weather, the tie off point or injury on the property. It is your responsibility to verify all safety aspect before using the ladder. The ladder is not to be worked from and in the event you damage our ladder? There will be a ladder disposal fee of $50.00 and a replacement fee of the cost to replace it plus 20%.

Ladder Assist fee of $275.00 is waived if Field Scope is paid for and is used at the same time as the Field Scope.

Satellite Image:
Satellite Image Fee = Cost +20% for processing.
We use a outside source to obtain the satellite image and make no guarantee of the accuracy. Should you want to order your own directly you can use (SkyMeasure.com) or (EagleView.com).
