General = A general property owner information referral (That may or may not even need a estimate "Only Name and Address" are supplied).
$10.00 per 3 source referral (Sent to no more than 3 sources),
$20.00 per 1 source referral (Sent to only 1 source).

Insurance = A property owners information that has been known to at least called in to the insurance company for possible damages (That may or may not have damages "Only Name, Address and phone number" are supplied).
$50.00 per 3 source referral (Sent to no more than 3 sources),
$100.00 per 1 source referral (Sent to only 1 source).

Request = A property owners information that has requested a estimate (That may or may not have damages "Only Name, Address and phone number" are supplied).
$50.00 per 3 source referral (Sent to no more than 3 sources),
$100.00 per 1 source referral (Sent to only 1 source).

Damage = A property owners information that the damage has been verified (Property has been inspected and found some damage "Only Name, Address and phone number" are supplied).
$150.00 per 3 source referral (Sent to no more than 3 sources),
$300.00 per 1 source referral (Sent to only 1 source).

We will supply referrals as we get them based on the zip codes you supply us and they are never given to more than 3 sources. We make no guarantee that we can supply any referrals, it is all based on when, where, how many and how many request for referrals we get. If you would like to be the only source that gets referrals the prices are doubled, but you will be the only one to get the referral. We ask that you contact the referral within 24 hours and inspect the property within 3 days and get then a estimate within 6 days from when the referral is given to you. We will not be help liable for the lack of contact from either parties to each other and the referral is yours once given to you and the price you charge is up to you, but please apply fairness, cooperation, harmony, balance, respect and parity to the referrals as we all are people on this earth and want to feel loved. You can either have a credit card on file with us with the following terms (Max to charge per Month), (No Limit) or (Pre-Pay) for a number of referrals and when we get them we will supply them.
All fees paid by credit card will have a 4% charge for the processing.
